「ねばならない」

社会的な期待や伝統のプレッシャー。「ねばならない」「母親にならねばならない」「子供を作らねばならない」「ねばならない」がやっかいだ。

自分の価値観や優先順位が社会的な期待や伝統のプレッシャーと、一致することはほとんどない。

家族を持ったら、家族優先は必要。

ただここでも「ねばならない」はやっかい。「子供のために自分の人生を犠牲にしなければならない」そんなふうに思って、無理な自己犠牲をしちゃうと、子供に良い影響は与えない。ただ親が無理に自己犠牲すると、そもそも親がイライラ。子供にも伝わってしまう。

自分の人生を豊かにし、自分自身を大切にすることは、やっぱり必要。社会的な期待やプレッシャーにとらわれず、自分自身の価値観を大切に。

The pressure of social expectations and traditions. ‘I have to be a mother’, ‘I have to have children’, ‘I have to’ are difficult.

One’s own values and priorities are rarely in line with the pressures of social expectations and traditions.

If you have a family, you have to put your family first.

But again, ‘must’ is a problem. If you think you have to sacrifice your life for your children, and make forced self-sacrifices, this will not have a positive effect on your children. But when parents force self-sacrifice, they become frustrated in the first place. This will be passed on to the child.

It is still necessary to enrich your life and take care of yourself. Value yourself and your own values, not social expectations and pressures.
