小さなことが与える大きな影響。ベッドで部屋に一匹の蚊がいるだけで安眠ができなくなる時がある。蚊はとても小さく、対して害はないけれど、その存在感はすごい。たった一匹の蚊のせいで、蚊が耳元で「ブーン」と音を立てるだけで、安眠は遠のく。

同じように、日常生活でもちょっとした出来事が大きな影響を与えることがある。何気ない一言が、ずっと頭から離れないでイライラする。何度もそのことを思い出し、イライラしてしまう。

逆に本当に小さなことでも、自分の人生にパッと彩りを与えてくれることがある。ほんとちょっとしたこと。朝起きて窓の外を見たときの、まぶしく温かい日の出。朝の店員さんの清々しいたった一言の「おはよう」の一言。
