「AI時代、必要なのは、作り手ではなく管理者になること」という記事を読んだ。

今やAIのおかげで、適切な時に適切な知識を得てそれを活用するというそのスキルは急速にコモディティ化している。私たちに必要なのは、作り手から管理者になること。資源配分の方法を学び、どの仕事をこなすべきかを選択し、仕事が十分であるかどうかを判断し、そうでない場合は編集というスキルを身につけること。

情報を処理してスクリーン上で何かを「つくる」というプロセスの中で人間が価値を発揮できるところはどんどんと抽象化していく。人間を管理する代わりに、AIモデルに仕事を割り当て、仕事がうまくいくようにする。今後はそれが求められる。

In the age of AI, we need to be managers, not creators

Thanks to AI, the ability to access and apply the right knowledge at the right time is rapidly becoming a commodity. What we need to do is move from being creators to being managers. Learning how to allocate resources, choosing which tasks to do, deciding if the work is good enough, and if not, developing the ability to edit.

Where humans can be of value in the process of processing information and ‘making’ something on a screen is becoming increasingly abstract. Instead of managing people, tasks will be assigned to AI models to do the work. This is what will be required in the future.
