何事も、ちゃっちゃと本番。
始めたばかりのこと、まだ未熟なこと、どんなことでも、何事も、とにかくちゃっちゃと本番を経験する。練習はもちろん必要だけれど、練習だけしてても、まったく上達しない。恥をかいても、痛い目にあってもどんどん本番。スポーツならば、身の丈にあわなくても、試合に出まくる。音楽ならば、どんどんコンサートに出る。どんどん楽曲を発表する。何事もちゃっちゃと本番。きっとそれが一番の近道。
練習ばかりじゃたりない。今日こそは自分を試し、全力で踊る。

Anything, just keep going and keep going.
Whatever you are just starting, whatever you are inexperienced at, whatever you are doing, just do it right and experience the real thing.
Of course you have to practise, but you won’t get any better if you just practise. Even if you embarrass yourself, even if you hurt yourself, just keep going through the performance. If it is sports, even if you are not good enough, go to many games. If it’s music, go to more and more concerts. If it’s music, go to more and more concerts. Do everything quickly and on the spot. That’s probably the best way.
