一喜一憂の連続が、僕の姿やな

またまた松下幸之助さんからの引用。

「松下さん、あんたえらい成功しましたな」と言われるけれども、ぼく自身は毎日、やっぱり煩悶したり、ここはいかんなと言うたりして、考えている。それで一喜一憂している。その一喜一憂の連続が、僕の姿やな、本当は。はたから見たら、「えらいうまくいっておるな」と、「新聞を見ても非常に儲けている、よく品物が売れているな」と言われてやっているけれども、その実情は随所に問題を抱えている。それが人生というものやな」（リーダーになる人に知っておいてほしいこと　松下幸之助）

松下幸之助さんのような方でも、そうなのだ。つまり前進は一喜一憂なしにはまずあり得ないということだろう。

自分はまだまだ進みたい。ということは、安らぎや余裕などということはお預けで、迷ったら、煩悶や一喜一憂の方向に向かわなければならないということだろう。

From the outside, people say ‘you are doing very well’ or ‘the newspapers say you are making a lot of money and your products are selling well’, but the reality is that there are problems everywhere. This is true even for someone like Konosuke Matsushita. In other words, progress is not possible without joy and sorrow.I still want to go on. I have to turn in the direction of pain, joy and sorrow.
