今朝、熱海から新幹線で帰ってきたのだけど一瞬。外を見ていると、畑や野山、何万世帯を一瞬で通り過ぎていく。

熱海から僅か30分で東京。しかも料金も手頃。自分で考えている以上に、現状のままでも人生には思った以上の選択肢はあるのかもしれない。

This morning I took the Shinkansen back to Tokyo from Atami, but only for a moment. As I looked out, I saw fields and mountains, tens of thousands of households in the blink of an eye.

Tokyo is only 30 minutes away from Atami. And the fare is affordable. Maybe there are more choices in life than I thought, even in the current situation.
