If you want to stay healthy, have a third place outside of work and home. Great men of historyt have always said this.
Of course you can take a short break and go on a trip, but it is even better if you have an ongoing hobby, volunteering or social activity.
Especially when it comes to work relationships. Relationships at school are everything. Your relationships at home are all you have. In such a situation you become more and more narrow-minded and suffocating.
If you are hated at school, your life is over. If you get fired at work, it’s the end of your life. If you get fired at work, it’s the end of your life. If this relationship ends, it’s the end of my life. You feel that way and it destroys you physically and mentally. It is a waste.
In such cases go to a third place which has nothing to do with you.
The third place can be a job, but it is even better if it is in an area where you can have a continuing role and feel that you are growing in some way.
Try to develop a ‘third place’ on a regular basis that has nothing to do with the place you are currently in.
