50、60、花ならつぼみ、70、80花盛り。90になってお迎えきたら100まで待ってと追い返せ
109歳まで元気に生きられた声楽家、嘉納 愛子さんの本を読んだ。
嘉納さんの言葉が今の自分にしみる、しみる。
「100歳を超えても、まだ見たい！食べたい！聞きたい！歌いたい！欲張りな人間なんです！」
「やっぱり何かをやっているというのは大事。打ち込めるものがあるから助けられているんです。音楽の訓練は苦しいけれども楽しい。私には音楽という、好きで続けられるものがあったから、いまもこうして元気に過ごしていられるんだと思います」
「毎日一生懸命、できることをやり尽くし、満足したときにさよならできたら一番幸せでしょうよ」
90歳でモンブランに登り、美味しいものも本当に大好きだったという。
毎日できることをやり尽くす。
今４０の自分、「最近人生の楽しみがなぁ〜」など言っているのが恥ずかしくなる。
いつまでも自分の中の、見たい！食べたい！聞きたい！歌いたい！に蓋をせず
人間やはり、泣くべきときには泣く。パーと怒るべき時には怒る。笑う時には笑う。
毎日「できることを」やり尽くしていけるようにしよう！
