初キャンピングカーの旅。絵的には最高、ただ暑いっ

キャンピングカーで移動型店舗をしてみるのもどうかと、友人のご好意でキャンピングカーを借りて、昨日より、3日間移動中。昨晩が初日の夜だったのだけれど、暑いっ　とにかく暑いっ

初めてわかったのだけれど、基本夜の駐車はエンジンを切る。エンジンを切るということは、クーラーが使えない。クーラーが使えないとなると、窓を開けっぱなしにしてないと寝てられない。窓を開けっぱなしにしていると、蚊がものすごい。蚊がいないような道路沿いのパーキングだと窓全開はそれはそれで、防犯上ちょっと心配。

結論、絵的には最高だったのだけれど、キャンピングカーの一泊は冬や、高原に限る。

Thinking of using a camper van as a mobile store, I borrowed one from a friend and have been on the road for three days, starting yesterday. Last night was my first night in the van, and wow, it was hot—really hot!

I quickly learned that when you park for the night, you usually turn off the engine. That means no air conditioning. Without AC, you have to keep the windows open to sleep, but if you do that, mosquitoes become a huge problem. And if you park in a spot without mosquitoes, leaving the windows wide open isn’t exactly safe.

In conclusion, while it looked amazing, spending a night in a camper van is definitely best in winter or at high altitudes!
