正常性バイアス

正常性バイアス（Normalcy bias）。人々が非常時や緊急事態に対して、通常の状況が維持されるだろうという過度な信念や期待を持つ心理的傾向のこと。

正常性バイアス。これが完全になくなってしまっても、人生何もかもが不安になって、通常の生活自体ままならなくなってしまうだろう。だからある意味では、通常の生活を維持するために必要な安定感や予測可能性を提供してくれるとも言える。けれど、これがありすぎるのも問題だ。

自分だけは大丈夫だろうという根拠のない思い込み。根拠のない思い込みは、何か新しいことに挑戦する上では絶対に必要な要素だろうけれど、逆にその思い込みで、自分の考えが硬直したら、元も子もない。

とにかく、柔軟性を持って状況に対応できるように、いつも視野を広く持ちたいものだ。

Normalcy bias. The psychological tendency of people to have an excessive belief or expectation that a state of normalcy will prevail in response to an emergency or crisis situation.

Normalcy bias. If this were to disappear completely, we would be so anxious about everything in life that we would be unable to maintain normal life itself. So, in a way, it provides the stability and predictability we need to maintain a normal life. But too much is also a problem.

The unfounded assumption that you are the only one who is fine. Unfounded assumptions can be an absolutely necessary element when trying something new, but on the other hand it is not good if the assumptions make us rigid in our thinking.

In any case, I would always try to keep a broad perspective and be flexible and adaptable to the situation.
