「勝ちパターン」は人によって違う
クエン酸をとったら良い。納豆はじつは体によくない。乳製品もできたらやめた方が良い。ご飯は糖質なのでほどほどに。肉をとらない方が良い。色々と世界に情報が溢れているけれど、その人にとって最適なものはそれぞれ違う。納豆とご飯だけで健康になれる人もいるし、肉を抜いて健康になれる人もいる。逆に肉を食べていると健康な人もいる。
自分の体にとって良いものが違うように、自分にうまくハマる勝ちパターンもきっと人によって違う。自分はどちらかというと何かを続けるのが得意。逆に人と人と定期的にあって、みんなで一緒に何かをというのは不得意。絶対的なものというのはそうそう無いはずだから、自分にあわないパターンは手放した方が良い。

Winning patterns” vary from person to person.
Citric acid is good for you. Natto is actually bad for you. Dairy products should also be avoided if possible. Rice is a carbohydrate and should be eaten in moderation. Meat should not be eaten. There is a lot of information out there, but it depends on what is best for you. Some people can be healthy on natto and rice alone, while others can be healthy without eating meat. Conversely, some people are healthy even when they eat meat.
Just as different things are good for you, the winning pattern that works for you is likely to be different for everyone. I am good at keeping things going. On the other hand, I am not good at meeting people regularly and doing things together. There are no absolutes, so it’s better to let go of patterns that don’t suit you.
