「結局、運だ」有無をいわない思い込み力

先日、どこかの雑誌で読んだユニクロの柳井さんのコラムに以下のことが書いてあった。

先日、ある食事会の場で、経済的成功を収めたり出世していったりするのは「結局、運だ」という話で盛り上がりました。それ自体はたまに聞くのですが、では運をどう掴むのか。そこにいた企業のCEOは「運が強いと思い込む。悪いことが起きても、これから運気が上がっていきそうだと考える」と。

「運が強いと思い込む。悪いことが起きても、これから運気が上がっていきそうだと考える」これは本当にそうなのかもしれない。一見、絶不調になった時も、面白くなってきた。絶対無理だろうというシチュエーションに陥っても、今このシチュエーション、これを乗り越えたらますます強くなるなど思える、有無をいわない思い込み力。

有無をいわない思い込み力。これは成功のための間違いない要素かもしれない。

The other day I read the following in a column by Mr Yanai of UNIQLO in a magazine

At a dinner party the other night, it was said that achieving financial success and getting ahead in the world is “luck in the end”. That in itself is sometimes heard, but how do you catch luck? The CEO of a company there said, “I believe in luck. Even when bad things happen, we think we are going to get lucky”.

This may indeed be true. Even when I was in a seemingly bad situation, things got interesting. Even when you are in a situation that you think will never happen, you can believe that if you get through it, you will become stronger and stronger.

The power of believing without saying whether or not. This can be a definite element of success.
