自転車のヒルクライムレース
本日、明日と自転車のヒルクライムレースPEAKというものに参加しているのだけれど、これはこれでものすごく疲れる。無事完走こそしたものの、最後はヘロヘロ。
あと、自転車をしっかりやる方は降りのスピードがものすごい。60kmは普通、それ以上平気で皆さん出している。今日は170km、獲得標高4500ほど、明日もコースこそ違えど、まったく同じような距離と高さ。体がカチコチなので、しっかりほぐして明日に備えよう。

Bicycle hill climb race
Today and tomorrow I am taking part in a bicycle hill climb race called PEAK, which is extremely tiring. Although I finished the race, I was exhausted at the end.
The downhill speed of the cyclists is also amazing – 60km is normal and many of them can do more than that. Today’s ride was 170km, with about 4,500m of climbing. Tomorrow’s route will be different, but the distance and climbing will be exactly the same. My body is stiff, so let’s loosen up and get ready for tomorrow.
