非論理的で誤りを犯すリスクがある推論

自分は、西新宿で、15年ほど眼鏡屋を営ませてもらっている。

今日は、エベレストを目指していた際に、大変お世話になり、手取り足取り教えてもらった友人と、お店の近く、西新宿で飲んだ。そんな西新宿ちょとみないうちにとっても良い飲食店がバシバシできていた。

おそらくコロナでお店がガラッと変わったのだろう。今日行ったお店は、めちゃめちゃ良いお店で、ものすごく安い。リアルでの場というのは、やっぱり良い。

まったく分野違いの方の今後の10年何かしっかりと形になることをしたいという友人の言葉を聞き、改めてそんなことをまったく考えていなかった自分に気がついた。

非論理的で誤りを犯すリスクがある推論。一見良いところは、何もなさそうだけれど、こういった推論こそが科学の発達を可能にしたという。非論理的で誤りを犯す推論、ここ10年、自分もしっかり何か形を残していきたい。

I have been running my own optician’s shop in Nishi-Shinjuku for 15 years.

Today I was having a drink in Nishi-Shinjuku, near my shop, with a friend who helped me a lot when I was climbing Everest and taught me how to do it. There are a lot of good restaurants and cafes in Nishi-Shinjuku.Maybe the shops in Corona have changed completely.

The restaurant we went to today was very good and very cheap.

Listening to my friend, who comes from a completely different field, say that he wants to do something tangible for the next ten years, I realised once again that I had not thought about such a thing at all.

It is an illogical way of thinking, and one that can lead to mistakes. At first sight, there seems to be nothing good about it, but it is this kind of reasoning that has made the development of science possible.
