少量の良いもの
昨日、仕事納めだったので、久しぶりのお酒を飲んだのだけれど、最近、まったくお酒を飲まなくなったので、2、3杯飲んだだけで、次の日、頭が痛くなる。
自分も、もう44歳。食べるものから受ける体や脳への影響が如実に現れ出してきた。
若い頃なら、体に悪そうなものを食べても、体がなんとかしてくれて、まったく影響なかったけれど、最近は少しでも悪いものを食べると体が拒否る。すぐ体に影響がでる。気分が左右される。
今後は少量の良いものを食べるように食生活も改善していきたい。

Good things in small doses
Yesterday was the last day of work, recently I haven’t been drinking at all, so just a couple of drinks give me a headache the next day.
I am now 44 years old. The effects of the food I eat on my body and brain are really starting to show.
When I was younger, even if I ate something that looked bad for me, my body did something about it and it didn’t affect me at all, but these days, if I eat even a little bad food, my body rejects it. It affects my body immediately. My mood is affected.
From now on, I want to improve my diet so that I can eat a small amount of good food.
