ベトナム、トゥイファ→ バンコク

昨日ベトナムのトゥイファにつき、メガネの工場見学。トゥイファは本当に何もない。工場見学は本当に勉強になった。今はベトナムもすごいクオリティなんだな。

そして、夜はご紹介のレストランで美味しい地元のシーフードをいただいた。

そこでは、美味しいシーフードは勿論、人生で初めてアリを食べた。アリは味がついているせいか、ただの胡椒のような感じでまったくゲテモノ感ない。よく考えてみると、日頃エビとかカニとか甲殻類食べているし、そういったこと考えればアリなどはゲテモノでもなんでもない。

そして、今朝は、朝5時から海周辺を6kmほど軽く走り、海で若干泳ぐ。

ベトナムの海で驚いたのは、朝5時に、お爺さんお婆さんが元気に泳いでいること。もうたくさんの人が海にいて、海水浴やビーチバレー、ダンスなどを楽しんでいる。

もちろん、若い方もいて、工場の方に聞くと、もうこれが普通らしい。働きに行く前に世代を超えて、海で泳ぎ、ビーチバレーをし、ダンスをしてから出社！なんという素晴らしい習慣！

だからか、みなさん、本当に表情が良い。

みなさまの笑顔はこの自然の賜物なんだなと感慨に耽りながら、自分も海に入ってみると、あれれれ？海がめちゃめちゃ汚いっ、海水も川の臭い匂いのように匂う。そして中にゴミ袋やスナック菓子のゴミばかり。

これは自然の賜物というより、ここの方々の心の持ちようなんだ！この海でここまでハツラツと泳いでられるのが！すごい！！と逆にさらに感心したベトナムの朝。

さあ、本日はまた再びバンコクへ！！

Thuy Pha, Vietnam → Bangkok
Arrived in Thuy Pha, Vietnam yesterday to visit a spectacle factory. The factory tour was really informative. The quality in Vietnam is amazing now.

And in the evening we had delicious local seafood at the restaurant we were introduced to.

There, as well as the delicious seafood, I ate an ant for the first time. They were just like pepper. When I think about it, I eat prawns, crabs and crustaceans on a daily basis, so ants are nothing grotesque.

This morning, I run 6km around the sea,.

What surprised me at 5am Many people are already in the sea, enjoying swimming, beach volleyball and dancing.

old ladies and gentlemen Of course, there are also young people, they said this is already the norm. Before going to work. What a great custom!

But the sea is extremely dirty and the seawater smells . And there was nothing but rubbish bags and snacks.

anyway I was even more impressed by the Vietnamese morning.

Well, today we’re off to Bangkok again!
