Neo-Tokyo

Neo-Tokyo. Toei Bunkyo Masago Apartments
I commute by bicycle from Itabashi to a store in Ginza once a week.
On the way there is the Toei Bunkyo Masago Apartment.
What is great about this apartment is first of all its location.
Super prime location. 0 minutes from the station. This is right above exit A2 of Kasuga station on the Mita line. The building is 12 stories above the Bunkyo Kumin Center.
Despite this, the apartment is austere, dating back to 1967, Showa 42, and because it is owned by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the rent is inexpensive, at several tens of thousands of yen, despite the location.
If you are interested, please visit the Bunkyo Civic Center nearby to discuss moving in.
There are also two more apartments, Toei Koraku No. 1 and No. 2, built in 1958 in a very prestigious area just a few minutes’ walk from this apartment building. This one is older, but in terms of austerity, it is clearly the Toei Bunkyo Masago Apartment.
Toei Bunkyo Masago Apartment, a precious neo-Tokyo building in the city.
Take a look upstairs when you get off at Exit A2 of Kasuga Station! The very austere Toei Bunkyo Masago Apartments!
