変化がまったくわからない。でも1％から。
来月カナダで長めのレースに出る予定なので、３月から一生懸命ランニングをしているのだけれど、まったく上達しない。
1ヶ月で1％上達。
1ヶ月前の自分より1％しか変化していないので、自分でも、ほぼ変化に気づかない。
3ヶ月たっても、以前の自分より3％しか変わってないので、まだまず気づかない。
しかし変化というものは、本来こんなものかもしれない。
ただ、1年経てば10％
2年経てば20％
3年たてば30％
10年経てば100％
変化はなくとも、まずは1％、昨日の自分より上を目指して。

I have changed only 1% from what I was a month ago, so I almost don’t notice the change.
After 3 months, I still don’t notice the change because I have only changed 3% from what I was before.
However, this may be how change is supposed to be.
However, after one year, it is 10%.
After 2 years, 20%.
30% after 3 years
After 10 years, 100%.
Even if there is no change, first of all, aim to be 1% better than you were yesterday.
