日々の生活は選択の連続。
あれもやらねば、これもやらねば… そう考えるとキリがない。
「時間がない」「お金がない」と嘆いてばかりもいられない。「時間がない」「お金がない」本当の原因はそこじゃない。
自分で一点集中できるものを見つけられれば、すべて自ずとついてくるとは言うけれど、そもそも、それが最も難しい。自分が行動を起こす理由。勉強する理由。運動する理由。人生要所要所で、熱くなれるものを見つけ、一心不乱が理想。
あれもやらねば、これもやらねば… あれもやらねば、これもやらねば…
こんな感情がふと湧いてこないぐらい一心不乱さが理想。
