急に中国に行く必要が出ていた。以前はビザなしで行けたけれど、今はどのような渡航でもビジネスが必須なよう。工場視察などだとビジネスになり、Mビザが必要。Mビザは以下が必要なよう。

招待状（Invitation Letter）
- 視察先の工場や関連団体からの正式な招待状。以下の内容を含むことが求められます：
  - 招待する団体の情報（名称、住所、電話番号など）
  - 招待する個人の情報（名前、パスポート番号、訪問の目的、滞在期間など）
  - 招待団体の担当者の署名
視察の詳細を記載した文書
- 工場視察の目的、日程、具体的な活動内容を記載した文書。視察がビジネス関連であることを明確に示す内容を含めること。
会社からの出張証明書
- 申請者が所属する会社からの出張証明書。視察の目的や期間を明記し、会社の責任者の署名と捺印があるもの。
往復の航空券予約証明書
- 中国への往復の航空券の予約確認書。
宿泊予約確認書
- 滞在期間中の宿泊施設の予約確認書。

あいにく、中国ビザセンターはうちから近いけれど、上記の書類と、申請してからもある程度時間がかかりそう。

Suddenly I had to go to China. I used to be able to go without a visa, but now it seems that every trip requires a visa. If I am visiting a factory, I will need an M visa because it is a business trip and I will need the following documents to apply for a visa

・Letter of invitation
An official letter of invitation from the factory or relevant organisation to be visited. It should include the following information

Information about the organisation (name, address, telephone number, etc.)
Information about the visitor (e.g. name, passport number, purpose of visit, length of stay)
Signature of the person responsible for the inviting party

・Document describing the details of the visit
Document describing the purpose, dates and specific activities of the factory visit. It should clearly state that the visit is work-related.

・Company travel certificate.
A travel certificate issued by the applicant’s company. It must clearly state the purpose and duration of the visit and be signed and stamped by the responsible person in the company.

・Letter confirming booking of return air ticket
Confirmation of return air ticket booking to China.

・Confirmation of accommodation booking
Written confirmation of accommodation booking for the duration of the visit.

Fortunately, the China Visa Centre is close to our home, but it may take some time after submitting the above documents and application form.
