たまに自分の体に悪いこと
今、自分は45歳。数年前から、夜は糖質を制限しているので、お米は食べず、お酒も基本飲まない。ただそんな毎日だとたまに自分の体に悪いことをめっぽうしたくなる。
お酒や糖分をとりたいっ、そんな欲求。基本は、時間と量に制限を設け、14時前に質の良いものを少しだけ嗜む。高品質なものをただ少量だけ。糖質が4倍入っていたら1/4だけ14時前に食べる。
ただ、そのルールさえ、たまに破ることがある。夜お酒を飲む。夜スイーツを食べる。葉巻を吸う。体には悪いかもしれないけれど、めっちゃ幸せになる。ルールを破ることで、心が満たされる瞬間がある。
きっと健康とは、体の健康だけでなく、心の健康も含めた全体的なもの。健康への道は、人それぞれ。

I am now 45 years old. For a few years now I’ve been limiting my sugar intake at night, I don’t eat rice and I don’t drink alcohol in general. But every day I sometimes feel the urge to do things that are bad for me.
I want to drink alcohol or eat sugar. In such cases, I set time and quantity limits and try to have something of good quality before 2 pm. I used to look for something with half the sugar, but now I only have a small amount of good quality food. If it has four times the sugar, I will only have a quarter. It may not be good for me, but it makes me very happy.
Health is not only physical health, but also mental health as a whole. The path to health is different for everyone.
