情報を処理してスクリーン上で何かを「つくる」というプロセスの中で人間が価値を発揮できるところはどんどんと抽象化していく。人間を管理する代わりに、AIモデルに仕事を割り当て、仕事がうまくいくようにする。今後はそれが求められる。

Learning how to allocate resources, choosing which tasks to do, deciding if the work is good enough, and if not, developing the ability to edit.
Where humans can be of value in the process of processing information and ‘making’ something on a screen is becoming increasingly abstract. Instead of managing people, tasks will be assigned to AI models to do the work. This is what will be required in the future.
