「ダラダラを楽しもうモード」
コロナ下で流行った超生産性重視のウェルネストレンド。自己管理。運動。自然食。ヨガ。シンプルライフ。自分の体や健康を第一にという流れ。
最近、そっちに振れすぎたものが、逆振りし、ダラダラ過ごす、非健康なことを楽しむ、そんな流れが勢いを取り戻しているという。ある一方に振れると、振り子のように必ず同じ勢いで逆に振れる。
「ダラダラを楽しもう」「自然食じゃなく、体に悪いものも楽しんじゃおう」そんなモード、まったく悪くないし、むしろ歓迎。とはいえ、45歳になった自分が「ダラダラを楽しもう」「自然食じゃなく、体に悪いものも楽しんじゃおう」モードにのったら、もう、とことん緩んでいってしまう。
「ダラダラを楽しもうモード」「自然食じゃなく、体に悪いものも楽しんじゃおうモード」は若者の特権。

A super-productivity-oriented wellness trend popularised by Corona. Self-management. Exercise. Natural food. Yoga. Simple living. The trend to put your body and health first.
Recently, the trend that swung too far in this direction has swung back in the opposite direction, and such trends as idling and enjoying unhealthy things are said to be gaining momentum again. When things swing in one direction, they always swing in the opposite direction with the same momentum, like a pendulum.
Such a mode of “let’s enjoy being lazy” and “let’s enjoy not only natural food but also unhealthy food” is not bad at all, in fact I welcome it. However, at the age of 45, if I were to get into that mode,I’m going to be a cripple.
The “enjoy being lazy” and “enjoy bad food, not natural food” are the prerogatives of the young people.
