大谷翔平さんがWBCの決勝戦でエリート選手がそろうアメリカ代表戦との前に語った言葉だという。
自分は、エベレストやウルトラマンなどに挑戦する前は、欧米人の方々に無駄に憧れを抱いていた時期があった。でも結局みんな一緒だった。人種関係なく、すごい人はすごい。ダメな人はダメ。
だから別に良い。すべて良い。すごい人はすごい。でも自分だって良い。自己受容のバランスがきっと大切だ。
