またブッキングドットコム、キャンセル済みなのに請求

昔から自分の趣味は旅行。そこでお世話になっているのが、Booking.com、agoda.com、Trip.com、Skyscannerなど。

基本は思いついた時に、現地で当日の宿を探したり、翌日の宿を探したり。そのような直前の予約の場合は問題ないのだけれど、たまに半年前ぐらいに先に宿を予約することがある。

その場合、２週間前までにキャンセルの場合キャンセル料無料など、そういった宿が結構あるのだけれど、条件内でキャンセル、サイト上はキャンセルになっているのに、半年前に先に引き落とされたクレジットがキャンセルされないまま請求されていることがある。

それがまた今回あった。つまりこれ、こちらから問い合わせないと、請求されっぱなしといのこと。でこれがあると、本当にめんどくさい。ブッキングドットコムに請求されている明細を送って、ブッキングドットコムから宿に連絡。宿から連絡ないと半年ぐらい返金までかかる。

旅行の総合サイトは本当に便利なのだけれど、こんなケースにあたると本当めんどう。まあ、今後も使いつづけるけど、これどうにかならないもんかな。

Booking.com is charging me again, even though I’ve already cancelled.
Booking.com, agoda.com, Trip.com and Skyscanner come in handy.　Basically, when last-minute bookings are no problem, but sometimes no goood.

There are many hotels that offer free cancellation , but sometimes is still charged without cancellation.

This has happened again. If I don’t ask, the credit will still be charged. This is a real nuisance.

The comprehensive travel website is really handy, but it’s a real hassle when you get a case like this.
