うちの一番下の子、5歳の息子がゲームとYouTube中毒になっているので、何か他に良いものはないかと探していたところレゴにハマってくれた。

というわけで、昔上の娘たちに買って使っていなかったレゴを引っ張り出し、作成中。その時のシリーズを買おうと検索したら、レゴは基本2年で廃盤になって再販はしないという。なもので、昔のレゴが中古でも、場合によってはものすごい値段になっている。

自分が以前1万ほどで買ったレゴは今は3万円。2年前に25000円ほどで、販売されてて良さそうだなと思ったプログラミングのレゴ、マインドストームは現在10万円ほど。さらには、レゴ クリエイター カフェコーナー（10182）というものは現在30万円近く値がついている。調べると、ローリスクハイリターンのレゴ投資というジャンルすらあるらしい。

あと人気のレゴを探していると、しばしばレゴ互換品というのが、半額ぐらいで出ていたのだけれど、これは創業90年ほどのレゴ、どうやら著作権切れからの類似品、中華ラッシュ。ただそんな海賊版もなんのその。海賊版にできない「ファンを作る」そして「ファンが商品を作る」というエコシステムで、本家は爆進中。

とにかく、すごいレゴ。レゴを好きな方は本当に好きってこと。レゴのプロビルダーという方までいらっしゃり、そこまで熱いファンを作ったレゴ。本当にすばらしい会社なんだろう！！うちも、分野は違えど、眼鏡屋として、そんな熱いファンの方々に支えられるようなお店にならないと！！
