過集中後の廃人期間
先日のハワイのトライアスロン本番で自分の力出し切り、さらに実力の5倍は出し切ったので、そのせいか、今はもう省エネモード。ちょっと歩くと眠くなる。515kmフルスロットルで駆け抜けたのが嘘のように、5歳の子に付き合って近くの公園でちょっと走っただけでゼエゼエと息があがる。
自分は過集中して、本番に自分の実力以上のものを出すのは得意だけれど、そのかわり、一定期間その後廃人になる。まあ、これはこれでバランスがとれてるのかな？

The crippling phase after hyperconcentration
I gave it everything I had in the recent Hawaii triathlon, more than five times what I was capable of, so that’s why I’m in energy conservation mode. I feel sleepy after a short walk , and I’m gasping for breath after a short run in the local park with my five-year-old.
I’m good at hyper-focusing and doing more than I’m capable , but instead I become a cripple after a while. Well, I guess that’s a good balance？
