苦労がないとさびしいやろ
「一生を通じて、こういうふうな苦労があったとか、こういうようなことに難儀したとかいうものがないとさびしいやろ。あんまり無事平穏にいくと後日物語がない。だから、少々の苦労は買ってでもしないといかん。そういうつもりでおるのやったら、もう言うことあらへん」（リーダーになる人に知っておいてほしいこと）
苦労がないと、さびしいとは！「苦労がない」＝「さびしい」なんて普通は結びつかない。
毎日のように色々と新たな本は出ているけれど、松下幸之助さんはさすがだ。

It would be lonely if there were no stories of hardship or difficulty throughout life. If things go smoothly and peacefully, there are no stories to tell later. That’s why you have to be willing to go through a bit of hardship.
The words ‘no hardship’ and ‘lonely’ are not usually associated with each other.
There are many new books coming out every day, but Konosuke Matsushita is a master of craft.
