たまたま昨日入ったお店。外からは中にお客様がいるのかわからない。営業しているかもわからない街中華。

そのお店のメニューがものすごくシンプル。ラーメンか　タンメン。それと追加で餃子。飲み物はアルコールなくソフトドリンクのみ。瓶ビールなどアルコールは一切置いてない。

お一人でやられていて、営業時間は11:30-14:30 17:00-20:30 火曜と第３水曜日定休。

このシンプルメニュー、わざわざ遠方から来るようないわゆるグルメ系のお店ではないようだけれど、入ると地元のお客様だと思われる方が、ちらほら入ってくる。おそらくこの形態で何十年とやられているのだろう。

ついつい、あれもこれもとなってしまうところを敢えてのコース1択。店も人生も、このくらい清くいきたいものだ。

I happened to walk into this restaurant yesterday. It’s a street Chinese restaurant where you don’t even know if it’s open.

The menu of the restaurant is very simple. Ramen or Chinese-style vegetable noodle . And gyoza (dumplings) as an extra. There is no alcohol, only soft drinks.

The restaurant is run by one person and is open 11:30-14:30-17:00-20:30, closed on Tuesdays and the third Wednesday of the month.

With its simple menu, it does not appear to be the kind of gourmet restaurant that people come from far and wide to visit, but as you enter you will see many people who are probably local customers. The restaurant has probably been running this way for decades.

One course is the only option. I want to keep my business and my life as clean as that.
