体の声を聞いてください。
今日もPEAKS。連日とも無事完走。今日は最初から足重く、もうダメかと思ったけれど、気合いでなんとか騙し騙し体動かし、制限時間10分切ってギリギリゴール。
これで晴れて2日間でエベレスト超えの標高を獲得した。

自分が常につけているガーミンの時計からは、ボディバッテリーもすべて最悪で、体の声を聞いてください。休息が必要ですと出ていたけれど、そんなことしていたら、絶対に完走できない。
時に体の声を聞かず、心の声に従うのも重要?

Listen to your body.
Today was another PEAKS run and I have completed both days in a row without incident. Today my legs were heavy from the start and I thought I was going to lose it, but I managed to trick my body into moving and just managed to finish in under 10 minutes.
I gained more altitude than Everest in two days.
The Garmin watch I wear all the time was telling me that my body battery and everything else was at its worst and that I should listen to my body. It was telling me that I needed to rest, but if I did that I would never finish the race.Is it important sometimes not to listen to your body and to follow your heart?
