200kmドライブ
本日は200kmほどドライブ。最近は国内では運転せず、運転はもっぱら海外。
11月のハワイであるトライアスロンの長い版ウルトラマンは420kmのバイク。今日200kmほど車で回ってみてわかったけれど、これはまたやはり長い。スイムとバイクはあと2ヶ月、間違いなくあと激しく練習しなくては！

I did a 200 km drive today. I don’t drive at home these days, all my driving is overseas.
The Ultraman, a longer version of the triathlon in Hawaii in November, is a 420km bike ride. I did a 200 km drive today and found out that it is long . The swim and bike I definitely need to train more!
