肩こりにスイム?
10日ほどお盆休みで、水泳をしなかったら、ものすごく肩が凝ってしまった。スイム休み中、マッサージに行ったもののまったくダメ。
一昨日、昨日と久しぶりにスイムを再開したら、肩凝りが、みるみるなくなった。向かい酒じゃないけれど、筋肉痛は適度に体を動かしたほうが取れるからそういったのと同じかな?今後も自分の生活にスイムは必須だ。

Swimming for stiff shoulders?
I went on a 10-day Bon holiday and when I didn’t swim I got extremely stiff shoulders. I had a massage, but it didn’t help at all.
When I started swimming again the day before yesterday, the stiffness in my shoulders disappeared instantly. I think it’s the same with muscle soreness, which can be relieved by moderate physical activity. Swimming will continue to be an important part of my life.
