1年半ぶりの飯能トレラン28km
今日はパパ友と1年半ぶりの飯能トレラン28km。自分一人の時は、甘えて歩いちゃっていたけれど、仲間がいるとやっぱりいい。初めてトレランらしく全行程登り以外は走ったかもしれない。
朝からお昼までで、2083カロリー消費。最近は糖質オフ系や人工甘味料が入ったものをやめ、普通に通常の甘いものやビールを飲むようにした。食事制限をするのではなく、好きなものを食べるために、自由にお昼ビールを飲むために走るというのも良いかもしれない。

Today I did a 28km trek in Hanno with my dad and a friend. For the first time I think I walked the whole way, except for the climbs, like a trek run.
I have recently stopped eating sugar-free and artificially sweetened foods and started drinking normal sweet foods and beer. It might be a good idea to run for a free lunch beer so you can eat what you like instead of restricting diet.
