睡眠
最近、睡眠の質が悪い。
ガーミンの時計を常に腕につけているので、睡眠の質を毎日チェックしているのだけれど、どうもダメだ。睡眠の質が悪い日は、体もやはり気だるい。
睡眠も体力を使うというので、どのようにすれば、よい睡眠がとれるか研究中。睡眠は本当に重要だ。
ニフティキッズみんなのホンネ調査レポートによると、小学生で、すでに睡眠時間が足りてないという子が半数近くいるという。
眠る体力のある小学生のうちから睡眠不足は悲惨。
間違いなく、より良い眠りはより良い生活に直結。自分のリズムのより良い眠りを探し続けよう。

The quality of my sleep has been poor lately.
I have a Garmin watch on my wrist so I can check my sleep quality every day, but it’s not good enough. when my sleep quality is poor, my body also feels tired.
Sleep is also said to be physically demanding, so I am researching how to get a good night’s sleep. Sleep is really important.
According to the NIFTY Kids’ Honne Report, almost half of primary school children say they don’t get enough sleep.
Sleep deprivation is disastrous even for primary school children who are able to sleep.
There is no doubt that better sleep is directly linked to a better life. Continue to search for better sleep at my own pace.
