メガネは人生を変える？

新宿と銀座でメガネ屋「誠眼鏡店」を営ませていただき15年。

うちのメガネは基本一点ものなので、メガネの嫁入り写真と、ご購入いただいたお客様にメガネをかけていただいたお写真をとらせていただき3500名様ほど。

様々なお客様のご縁で、2021年に『メガネが人生を変える』という本も出版させていただいた。

「メガネが人生を変える」という大きく出たタイトルの本。

開放的で自由な発想のメガネ、様々な主張を持っているメガネというものが少なからず世界にはある。そんなメガネをかけることで、こうあるべきというルールを変えられる。違いや個性を大切にできる。一般の人にはよくわからないことに価値をおいたメガネというものがある。そういうものを平然とつきつめたメガネがある。

ごくごく普通のメガネも、もちろん良いけれど、そんなメガネを世界中から集めていき、お客様に届けしていきたい。

Can glasses change your life?
We have been running our optical shop, Makoto Opticians, in Shinjuku and Ginza for 15 years.

Our glasses are basically unique, so we have about 3,500 customers who have had their picture taken with the bride of the glasses and the customer who bought the glasses wearing them.

Thanks to the various customers, we were also able to publish a book in 2021 called ‘Spectacles Change Your Life’.

There are a few glasses in the world that are open and free-thinking, and that have different claims. By wearing such glasses we can change the rules of how things should be.

We can value our differences and our individuality. There are glasses that value things that are not well understood by the general public. There are glasses that are not afraid of such things.

Of course, ordinary glasses are good, but we want to collect such glasses from all over the world and bring them to our customers.
