持っていると価値の下がるものと上がるもの

持っていると価値の下がるものと上がるもの。100%確実というわけではないけれど、価値があがっていくものが一部ある。

よくよく見渡すと我が家にも数点あった。ただ、自分が所有しているほとんどの物が持っていると価値が下がっていくもの。特に電化製品。電化製品は新作がでたり、数年経つとまったく価値がなくなってしまう。

例えば自分の持っているAndroidが入ったソニーのウォークマン。これも数年たてば、おそらく価値は1/10。持っていると価値が上がるもの、少なくとも価値が下がらないものを、今後は購入の際に多少価格が高くとも買い揃えていこうと思う。

Things that go down in value and things that go up in value when you have .
There are some things that depreciate and some things that increase in value when you have them, although it is not 100% certain .

Looking around, we have a few things in our house. However, most of the things I own lose value when I have .Especially electrical appliances. Electrical appliances lose their value completely when new ones come out or after a few years.

For example, I have a Sony Walkman with Android. I would like to buy things that increase in value when I have them, or at least do not decrease in value, even if the price is a bit high.
