脳が迎え酒状態。ドーパミン地獄
脳が。脳が。ドーパミンを求めてキリがない。以前うけたドーパミンの刺激を忘れられない。一度刺激の強いことで、快感を得てしまうと、なにをしても満足できなくなってしまう。ドーパミンが得られないと、逆に疲労や倦怠感、イライラに襲われる。
解消するためにさらに強めのドーパミンを求める迎え酒のような状態。他愛もないことから常にイライラ、攻撃的。時間はあっという間にすぎて、日々何をやっていたかわからない。しいては躁鬱のような状態へ。
糖、酒、カフェイン程度を控えてもどうしょうもない。糖を控えたつもりで、逆に多くとってしまっている人工甘味料などで、なおさらイライラ。ドーパミン中毒。

The endless search for dopamine. I can’t forget the dopamine stimulation I had before. Once you get pleasure from something stimulating, you can’t get enough of it. When dopamine is not available, you feel tired, fatigued and irritable.
This is like a pick-me-up that requires even more dopamine to solve the problem. Constantly irritable and aggressive over trivial things. Time flies and you don’t know what you’ve been doing day after day. Eventually, he goes into a manic-depressive-like state.
Cutting down on sugar, alcohol and caffeine does not help. I thought I was cutting back on sugar, but instead I was overdoing it with artificial sweeteners, which made me even more irritable. Dopamine addiction.
