「近き者説（よろこ）べば、遠き者来たらん」（論語）

生活していると、ついつい近いものの有り難さを忘れ遠くのものや、他人の芝生が青くみえてしまったりするけれど、本当に昔から言われているように、これなのだろう。

仕事も家庭も、しいては人生すべて、まず近き者を喜ばせることにあるのだろう。人生にはやはり不滅の真理というものがあるのだろう。

If who is near shall rejoice, those who are far away will come　to you.

In everyday life we often forget to appreciate what is near.

I suppose pleasing those closest to you first is the key to making work, family and ultimately life work.
