Near Sapce” 25-30 km high altitude balloon “OPEN UNIVERSE PROJECT”
I recently read in the news about a company called Iwatani Giken that is researching a “Near Space” high altitude balloon at an altitude of 25-30 km.
Interesting. Outer space is defined as an altitude above 100 km, and ballistic space travel costs about 50 million dollars and takes a few minutes over 100 km.
Considering this, it might be interesting to relax at an altitude of 25-30 km.
In any case, the cabin is very stylish.
The company was recently founded by a space engineering from Hokkaido University, it’s fantastic. It would be good if more companies like this were set up in Japan.
