avvenice、今時珍しいレスの適当さと遅さにびっくり

ある海外サイト　https://avvenice.com/en/　というところにメガネを注文。最初のオーダーより、まったく連絡なく、じっと2ヶ月待っていたのだけれど、何も来ない。

サポートに連絡しても何も返信なかったので、総合窓口に連絡したら、その商品は売り切れているので、別の欲しいものはないかとやっと返信があった。

海外からの注文でも手軽にできる昨今、今時、WEBサイトでこのレスポンスの遅さと適当さに久しぶりにびっくりした。

サイト自体はFacebookも15万いいね、インスタも100万フォロアーなどついていたし、

を高らかに宣言していて、まあしっかりしてそうなので、購入してみたのだけれど、こんなサイトが今時生き残っていること自体にびっくりだ。

かたや中国のパーシーラウや、他イタリアのメガネ屋さんなど、海外でも恐ろしくきめ細かいメッセージと迅速な対応と発送のところもある。

WEBで小売をやっている自分としては、avveniceの件は反面教師として、しっかり今回の件を心に留めておくことにしよう。

I was surprised by the adequacy and slowness of the response, which is rare these days.

I contacted their support but they didn’t reply, so I contacted their general contact and they finally replied that the product was sold out and asked me if there was anything else I wanted.

I was surprised after a long time at the slowness and inadequacy of the response from a website these days when it is so easy to order from overseas.

The website itself had 150,000 likes on Facebook and a million followers on Instagram, so it looked solid and I bought it, but I was surprised that such a website is still alive today.

On the other hand, there are other sites, such as Percy Lau in China and other Italian opticians, which offer detailed messages and quick response and delivery even overseas.
