今日は、命綱なしで飛べを読んだ。

目的と方向性の欠如。気分の両極端を行ったり来たりする。

まずい時の自分に心あたりのあること多々。

やはり、どんな本を読んでも同じ。とにかく後手後手に陥らないように。

Today I read Fly without a lifeline.

In summary: “Do something ugly but desirable” and “Get out even if you’re not very good at it” and you’ll fly safely without a lifeline, even if it takes longer. This is the only path to personal growth.

This summary already sums it all up.

Lack of purpose and direction. Going back and forth between extremes of mood.

I often find myself in the wrong place at the wrong time.

It’s the same no matter what book I’m reading. Don’t fall into the latter.
