毎日やっていることでも、自分のためにならないことはある。
先日読んだForbes Japanに以下の質問があったので、答えてみた。

後先考えなく行動したとき
・自分のストーリーはどのように進んできたか？
漠然としたイメージとあとは偶然
・大きな突破口をもたらした行動は？
まったく未知の分野に捨てみで飛び込んだとき
・ビジネスに大きな変化を与えた決断は？
人にまかせることを学んだとき
・こうした扉を開いたのは誰？
お客様から社員になってくれた方
・感謝している人は？
自分の思考自体を変えてくれた方々
・自分の前進を妨げたものは？
守りの思考
・もう少しのところで逃してしまった機会や理由は？
中途半端な姿勢。退路を断たなかったこと。
・視野が狭かったり、誤った人に助言を求めてしまったり、安パイばかり追ってしまったりしたことはあったか？
もちろんある。自分の欲しいアドバイスをしらないうちに選り好みして聞いてしまう。
・その時に戻れたら、どのようなリスクを取るだろう？
その時？ とくに過去に戻りたいとは思わないけれど、そうとう前に戻れるとしたら、小学生ぐらいまで戻って、 物理とプログラミングを勉強する。

過去に戻ってやりたいことは、本当は今からでもやったほうが良いこと？

When I acted without second thoughts.

The big picture. and then coincidence.

When I ventured into a completely unknown field with no idea what I was getting myself into.

When I learnt to leave it to others.
▪Who opened these doors?
Customers who became employees.
▪Who are you grateful to?
People who changed my thinking.
▪What has hindered your progress?
Defensive thinking.
▪ What opportunities have you almost missed out on and why?
Half-hearted attitude. Failure to retreat.
▪ Have there been times when you have been narrow-minded, sought advice from the wrong people or chased only cheap pies?
Of course I have. I was selective and listened to the advice I wanted without realising it.
▪What risks would you take if you could go back then?
That time? I don’t particularly want to go back in time, but if I could go back very far, I would go back to primary schools and study physics and programming.
There are things that I do every day that are not for me.
Is what I would like to do back in the past something I should really be doing now?
