タイ、ベトナム3泊4日だったけど、とても良い旅だった。
昨日は昼過ぎにホーチミン経由でバンクに再び。
バンコクは初日は夕方ついて、翌朝5時に出てしまったので、ほぼ素通りだったので、まず今回はちょっと良さげなホテルを探す。条件はしっかり泳げるプール付き。すると、すぐとっても良いホテルがあったので、エクスペディアで早速購入。
ただし、またまたやっちまった。離陸前に電波が切れる前にハノイで急いで予約いれたら、確認メールを見ると日付を間違ってて、今週末の日付でホテルをとってしまっていた。そして、返金変更不可とデカデカと書いてある。
バンコクついてから、すぐエクスペディアとホテルに直接連絡。なんだかんだ交渉して、レセプションでは、変更してくれたけれど、その後、エクスペディアからメールがきて、こちらは変更できませんとの連絡があったから、もしかしたら請求されるかも。またやってしまった。
このホテル、ちょうど1万ほどで、120㎡、35階の部屋。驚くほど良いホテルだったのだけれど、せっかく1万だったら破格だとうかれていたら、結局2万。
ただし、たとえ2万払ったとしても、それでもとまれないんじゃないかという圧倒的なクオリティの高さ。プールも最高で大きくはないけれど、30mほどの細長である程度深さもあるものがあって、1500-2000ぐらいもなんのストレスなく泳げた。
さらに朝ごはんのビュッフェも数百円なのに充実。もうここは、バンコクきたら、常宿に決定だ！毎回必ずここに泊まろう。場所としては、ちょっと中心部からは外れているけれど、バンコクもGrab taxiどこでも捕まるし、バイタク、タクシーで、すぐにきてくれるから、まったく問題なし。
ちなみに自分が、インドネシアのジャカルタに2年ほどいた時は、Grabより、GojekとUberが強かったけれど、だったけれど、今アジアじゃ圧倒的にGrabが強いのかも。
日付変わって、まず、今朝は12kmほど走って、1kmほど軽く泳いだ。12kmは片道走ったあと、帰りはバイタクで。
今回初めて気づいたのだけれど、アジアで、めちゃめちゃな渋滞の中を網の目のようにガンガン攻めるバイタクや、ガラッとした夜、ぶっちぎるバイタク。そんなアジア特有のバイタクに乗ると気分がスッとする。これだけでも、またアジアに来てもいいかも。
うん、今回の３泊4日のバンコク、ベトナム。メガネでいい出会いもあったし、メガネのこととっても勉強させてもらい、デトックスもできて、なかなか、いい旅だった。すぐだし、またちょくちょく来よう！

4-day, 3-night trip to Thailand and Vietnam. it was a great trip.
Yesterday I backed to Banque again via Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon.
This time I looked for a hotel . The condition was that it had a swimming pool Then, there was a very good hotel right away, so I booked it immediately on Expedia.
However, I did it again. when I looked at the confirmation email, I had taken the hotel for the wrong date. And it says in big letters that no refund or change is allowed.
After arriving in Bangkok, I immediately contacted Expedia and the hotel directly. After some negotiation, the receptionist changed the date, but then I received an email from Expedia saying that they could not change the date, so I might be charged for it.
This hotel, just about 10,000, 120㎡, 35th floor. It was a surprisingly good hotel, but if I had been so excited about the 10,000, but it ended up costing 20,000.
However, even if I had paid 20,000, the quality of the hotel was so overwhelming that I still wouldn’t have been able to stay there. The pools are not big, but they are long and narrow, about 30 metres long and somewhat deep, and I could swim for about 1,500-2,000 metres without any stress.
The breakfast buffet is a few hundred yen, but it’s also very filling. I’ve already decided to make this my regular accommodation when I come to Bangkok. I will definitely stay here every time. As for the location, it’s a little bit out of the centre, but I can catch a Grab taxi anywhere in Bangkok, I can take a motorbike taxi or a taxi immediately.
Incidentally, when I was in Jakarta, Indonesia for two years, Gojek and Uber were stronger than Grab, but now in Asia, Grab is probably by far the strongest.
This morning I ran 12km and swam 1km, 12km one way and then took a motorbike on the way back.
Riding such a unique Asian motorbike taxi makes me feel refreshed.
This time for four days and three nights in Bangkok and Vietnam. It was a good trip, I met some nice people, learnt a lot about glasses and detoxed my body. so let’s come back again often!
