初！トレラン大会＠秩父　と思ったら昨日っ

初のトレラン大会秩父と思ったら、なんと大会は昨日だったっ

今日は人生初のトレランの大会。

といっても30kmという短い距離。場所もウルトラマンの体作りの際に月1ほどで行っていた馴染みのある飯能、秩父。距離も自分がふら〜と走ってたぐらいの距離だし、なんの目新しさもないのだけれど、とにかく大会エントリーは初。

大会のエントリー必須の持ち物で、非常用の笛、携帯トイレ、テーピングといつもは全く使っってないものが多数あったので、昨夜急遽用意したけれど、トレランの大会ってどんなもんなんだろう？

我が家から秩父は本当にアクセスよく、池袋からだと特急で一本。もし快適なら、これからもちょくちょく出てみたいな。

以上が行きの朝の電車でのブログ。で、さて行くかと会場に行ったら100km方がゴールしてて、「あれ？？？　開始から数時間で100Kmゴールは流石にありえないっ」と思って案内みたら、スタートまさかの昨日。

妻に報告すると、すぐに妻に呼び戻され、今日はすぐさま特急でとんぼ返り。しょうがないこのコースは後日走ろう。

今日はただ特急を楽しんだ1日に。

Today is the first trail run competition in my life.

It was a short distance of 30 km. It was held in Chichibu, Hanno, a familiar place where I used to go when I was training for Ultraman. The distance is about the same as I used to run on a whim, so there is nothing new about it, but it is the first time for me to enter a trail run event.

I had to bring an emergency whistle, a portable toilet, taping, and many other things that I usually don’t use at all, so I hurriedly prepared them last night.

Chichibu is really accessible from our house, only one train ride from Ikebukuro on the limited express. If it is comfortable, I would like to go out there often from now on.

The above is my blog on the morning train on the way to the event. I went to the venue to go, I found that the participants of the 100 km race had already reached the finish line, “What?　It’s impossible for a 100km race to start within a few hours of the start,” and then I checked the race guide and found that the start date was yesterday.

When I reported this to my wife, she immediately called me back, and I immediately took the express train back home today. I will run this course at a later date.

Today was just a day to enjoy the limited express.
