現状に満足していれば、課題は存在しえない。目指しているものに対して覚悟ができている人は、葛藤しない。
本日は、若きユーグレナ執行役員の高橋祥子さんの「生命科学的思考」を読んだ。
こちらの本も、とてもよいことが描いてある。

もし現状に満足していれば、課題は存在しえない。
課題が単独で存在するのではなく、まず理想があって、初めて現状が課題となる。
世界の現状に満足しておらず、もし今のままでは未来も同じ状況になってしまう、それではいけない。未来を理想の姿とすべく今から行動を起こさなくてはいけない、と考える個人の「行動を起こすべき理由」こそが「課題」です。もし現状の生活に十分満足しており、未来もそのままの状況がつづくなら、行動を起こす必要がありません。
未来の思い描く状況と現状の状況に差分があり、未来差分を描いて実際に行動に移す人がビジョナリーです。未来差分は今のままの行動を維持していては到達できない、より良い未来です。
目指しているものに対して覚悟ができている人は、葛藤しない。はじめに「これをやり切るまでは中途の過程で何があっても後悔しない。なぜなら自分がそう決めたから」と覚悟を決めたならば、葛藤はそもそも生じません。

なんだか、最近、またこのあたりが曖昧になってしまっていたので、自分の中の未来差分をしっかりと整理し、これからの課題について、改めて考えてみよう。

If we are satisfied with the status quo, challenges cannot exist.
Challenges do not exist in isolation, but only when there is an ideal first, and then the status quo becomes a challenge.
If we are not satisfied with the current state of the world and if things remain as they are now, the future will be in the same situation, which is not the case. The challenge is the ‘reason to take action’ for the individual who believes that he or she must take action now to make the future an ideal. If you are happy with your current life and the future will remain the same, then there is no need to take action.
There is a difference between the future situation and the current situation, and a visionary is someone who draws a future difference and actually takes action. The future differential is a better future that cannot be reached by maintaining the current behaviour.
People who are prepared for what they are aiming for are not conflicted. In the beginning, they say, “I will not regret anything that happens in the process in the middle until I finish this. If you are prepared to say ‘because I have decided so’, then conflicts will not arise in the first place.
