シュル＝セイユ（フランス）→パリ。パリ市内の運転が性に合う。フランスのカーナビはMAXスピード計算？
今日は、朝10時にシュル＝セイユを出て、車で500kmほど、レンタカー返却時間の14時、15分遅れで車返却先のパリのドゴール空港に到着。ヨーロッパの運転は初めて。制限速度が雨によって変わるのも初めて知った。
通常の高速は130km。雨だと110kmに。で、これはフランスの車両すべてそうなのかわからないのだけれど、ナビに表示される時間が、制限速度ちょうどで進んだ時間、つまりマックス130kmの道は130kmで進んで、初めてその時間に着く。
なので、110kmになると、もともと130kmで計算されていた時間にぜんぜんつかないし、渋滞などで90kmぐらいになってもこれまたつかない。で結局、なんやかんや飛ばして、14時15分で到着。
また最後のドゴール空港が、本当わかりにくい。返却先まで行くために、何度間違ったパーキングに入って、出してもらったことか。
あと、パリ市内の運転もみんな、ものすごく詰めてくる。少しの隙間でもあったら、入るし、逆にそうじゃないと入れない。ある交差点では、前の車が、おかまほって、その後、お互いの運転手さんおりてきて、違いに見合って、まあこれぐらいならいいか！ってことで「OK,まあ次から気をつけろよっ」ってことで、警察も呼ばずに、そのまま行っちゃう。おお！！さすが！日本じゃまずこんなことにならない。ちょっと傷ついたぐらいで、そこから警察呼んで、バンパーなんてそんなもんなんだし、やっぱり車はこれぐらいじゃないと。
じつは自分、１０代のころ、日本でサイドミラーがあたっても気にしない、バンパーあたっても勿論気にしない、パーキングで車のドアを開ける時は平気で隣の車にぶつける、そんな運転してたら、めちゃめちゃ当時の彼女に怒られたことがあった。さすがに今日本での運転では、そんなことしてないけれど、この国なら昔のままの自分でもやっていけそう。うーん、なんとも心地よい。
その後、パリのドゴールから地下鉄でメガネの展示会へ。と思ったら、展示会場の位置を完璧に間違え、まったく別の場所へ。残念ながら、時間もなくなり、本日はそのまま宿へ直行。
その後、荷物を置いた後、電動チャリでパリの市内へ。以前はvelibだけだったと思ったけれど、今は本当に色々なサービスがある。velibはアカウントログインできず、今回はLimeの電動チャリを使用。Limeは電動キックボードもある。
このチャリ、すごいスピードが出て、さらに市内のある地域に入ると自動でカメのマークになり、制限速度が落ちる。すごいな。色々と常に進化している。明日は電動キックボードに乗ってみよう。
パリの車の後の、電動チャリ、なんて小回りがきいて、運転が楽なこと楽なこと。
そして、夜11時ごろまで、電動チャリで走り回り、本日は終了。やっぱりパリはパリでいい街だなあ。

Driving in Paris is chaotic and pleasant. French car navigation system display calculates max speed?
Today, I left Sur-Seille at 10am, drove 500km and arrived at Paris De Gaulle airport, where I returned my car at 14:00, 15 minutes late for the rental car return time. This is my first time driving in Europe. I knew that the speed limit changes depending on the rain.
Normal high speed is 130 km; in the rain it is 110 km. The time displayed on the navigation system is the time you have travelled at exactly the speed limit, i.e. if the road is max 130km, you have to travel at 130km to arrive at that time.
So, if you go 90 km due to traffic jams, it will not be shown at all either. So in the end, we flew on and on, arriving at 14:15.
The last airport, De Gaulle, was really difficult to find . I can’t tell you how many times I went into the wrong car park to get to the return address and had to get out.
Also, everyone driving in Paris is very unique. At one intersection, the car in front of me hit the car in front of the car , and then both drivers came out, and said, “OK, well, be careful next time”, and go on their way without calling the police. Oh!! This would never happen in Japan.
When I was a teenager in Japan, I didn’t care if I hit the side mirror, hit the bumper, hit the car next to me when I opened the car door in the car park. I don’t do that nowadays when I drive in Japan, but in this country I think I can get by as I used to do.
After that, I completely misplaced the exhibition hall and went to a completely different place. so I ran out of time and went straight to my accommodation today.
Then, after dropping off my luggage, I took an electric bicycle into the city of Paris. now there are so many different services. velib didn’t allow me to log in to my account, so this time I used a Lime electric bike. lime also has electric kickboards.
This bike goes really fast, and when you get into certain areas of the city, it automatically turns into a turtle symbol and the speed limit drops. It’s amazing. It’s constantly evolving in many ways. Tomorrow I’ll ride an electric kickboard.

I rode around on my electric bike until around 11pm, and that was the end of my day. Paris is a nice city after all.
