まだまだ使える３世代前のGoogle pixel3
アップルのiPhone14がうまく予約できなかったので、手元に携帯がなくなり、久しぶりに３世代前のGoogle pixel3を復活させてメインスマホとして利用している。
数日使ってわかったのだけれど、むしろこれで全然十分。
会社の携帯は毎日メガネの写真を撮るので、一番新しいiPhoneが必要だけれど、個人の携帯はもう３世代前ぐらいで十分かも。
何も不自由がないのに逆にびっくり。カメラの画素数や夜撮影に強くなったり、バッテリーがもったり、色々と進化はしているのだろうけれど、通常使いなら、もうそこまで大差はないのかも。
これ以上の変化となると、次はやっぱりグーグルグラスのようなウェアラブルデバイスになるのかな？

Google pixel3, that is still actually usable.
Since I was not able to successfully reserve the Apple iPhone 14, I no longer have a cell phone at hand, so I have resurrected my 3 generation old Google pixel3 and am using it as my main phone after a long time.
After using it for a few days, I found out that it is totally sufficient.
I need the newest iPhone for my company phone because I take pictures of my glasses every day, but for my personal phone, the last 3 generations are probably enough.
I am surprised that I have no inconvenience at all. I guess there are some improvements in camera pixel counts, night photography, battery life, and so on, but for normal use, there is probably not much difference anymore.
