Canada. Penticton. Oh no.
The day after tomorrow, a triathlon race called Ultraman.
I was told about the course when I drove here from Vancouver today, but it is not normal.
Day 1, 10km swim, 140km bike.
Day 2, 280 km bike.
Day 3, 85km run.
The course has a lot of elevation gain, and I thought it would be impossible to do this even in one day.
It has been a long time since I was depressed before a sporting event.
Anyway, let’s go all out one day at a time.
