２週間後に参加予定のウルトラマンカナダの TCXファイル来た！
２週間後に参加予定のカナダでのトライアスロン、ウルトラマンカナダ。
10kmスイム、420kmほどバイク、85kmほどラン。そのコースのTCXファイルがオフィシャルサイトで発表された！
さっそくガーミンの時計とバイク用のサイクルコンピューターに転送。改めて、なかなかの距離だ。
ちょうど、今友人から、大会開催の街ではPCR検査が需要無くなったのでやらなくなってしまったという情報が！
日本に帰るためには必ずPCR検査は必須なので、大会が終わったその日に、トンボ帰りで450kmほどラスト、レンタカーを飛ばして、バンクーバまで帰る必要になりそうだ。
そうなると、スイム、バイク、ラン、ヴィークルの４種目、結局1000km近いレースになりそうw
とにかく、健康に健全に、しっかり自分を追い込み楽しみたい。

Here comes the TCX file for Ultraman Canada, a triathlon I’ll be participating in in two weeks!
Ultraman Canada, a triathlon in Canada that I will be participating in two weeks from now.
It is a 10km swim, about 420km bike and 85km run. The TCX file for that course has just been released on their official site!
I immediately transferred it to my Garmin watch and bike cycle computer. it’s quite a distance.
Just now, a friend of mine informed me that PCR testing is no longer done in the city where the race is held because it is no longer in demand!
Since the PCR test is mandatory to return to Japan, I would have to return to Vancouver the same day the event was over, driving the last 450 km or so in a rented car.
That would make it a four-event race (swim, bike, run, and vehicle), which would end up being almost 1,000 km.
Anyway, I want to stay healthy and sound, push myself hard, and have fun.
