雇用調整助成金
雇用調整助成金。従業員の休業手当の一部を国が補完する制度。
コロナでは、まさにこの制度のおかげで、従業員は職を失わっていないことが多い。
東京商工リサーチによると、2021年からの1年での雇用調整助成金の計上額、1位がANAホールディングスで437億。2位がオリエンタルランドで223億。3位が近鉄ホールディングスで124億。4位がHISで100億だという。
1位2位のANAやオリエンタルランドなどは、自分も毎年必ずお世話になっている本当に素晴らしい会社。地元の小さな飲食店も、コロナの影響をもろにうける大規模な観光業、旅行系も、なんとか頑張って持ち堪えてほしい。
